Please open your shipment immediately upon receipt. If an item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and take a photo(s) of the damage: Both Box and damage to item. Please call us 252-728-7884 or send an email to: email@example.com Please save the box that the item came in and place damaged item back inside for UPS pickup. We will do our best to replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Any damage that occurs to items post delivery and inspection is not returnable nor refundable.
