As a 25 year resident of Beaufort NC, I have always enjoyed the majestic live oaks that add beauty to our coastal landscape and help protect us from hurricanes. I painted these live oaks in hopes of showing their natural beauty as their trunks and limbs twist and turn, shaped by the wind, the sun and salt air.
